A normal report doesn't mean you're aging well.

Most of us only find out something is wrong after years of slow decline. The good news: strength, fitness and metabolic health respond to training at any age.

Thin isn't the same as healthy

South Asians tend to store fat around the organs and develop insulin resistance at a lower body weight. The scale can look fine while your metabolism isn't.

Muscle quietly slips away

Strength and muscle start declining from your 30s, faster without training. Low protein intake, common in Indian diets, speeds this up.

A check-up gives numbers, not a plan

Annual health packages produce pages of results. Few people turn them into daily habits, and almost nobody re-tests to see if anything changed.

How it works: measure, build, re-test

Every program follows the same loop, so your progress is never a matter of opinion.

  1. Measure

A 60–90 minute assessment of strength, cardio fitness, balance and body composition, plus a blood panel through a partner lab. You get a one-page report card with your top three priorities.

  2. Build

A plan across training, nutrition, sleep and stress that fits your schedule and Indian food habits. Weekly WhatsApp check-ins and regular video reviews keep you on track.

  3. Re-test

At week 12 we repeat the tests and compare. You see exactly what improved, and we set the next priorities.

What we measure

Tests linked in research to how well people age, chosen to be simple, safe and repeatable.

Physical tests

  • Grip strengthA simple marker of overall strength
  • Sit-to-stand and the sit-rising testLeg strength and ease of getting up from the floor
  • Estimated VO2maxCardio fitness, from a step or walk test
  • Single-leg balanceStability and fall risk
  • Waist-to-height ratio, blood pressure, resting heart rate
  • Body composition and a basic movement screen

Blood markers, through a partner lab

  • Blood sugar controlHbA1c, fasting glucose and fasting insulin
  • Heart healthLipid profile, ApoB where available, Lp(a), hs-CRP
  • NutrientsVitamin D, B12, ferritin, haemoglobin
  • Thyroid, liver and kidney function

Blood tests are done at home by an accredited partner lab, and results outside the normal range are referred to a doctor. I coach and educate; I don't diagnose or prescribe.

Six things we work on together

Strength

Two to three full-body sessions a week, progressing safely.

Cardio fitness

An easy aerobic base plus short, harder intervals to raise VO2max.

Stability and mobility

Balance, joint health and fall prevention.

Nutrition

Enough protein, better carbs and meal timing, built around Indian and vegetarian food.

Sleep

Routines that work around long commutes and late dinners.

Stress and recovery

Breathwork, rest and habits that make the rest stick.

Nutrition guidance in every program is healthy-eating coaching, not a medical diet. For conditions such as diabetes or kidney disease, I work alongside your doctor or a registered dietitian.

Bhaskar Das Certified Longevity Fitness Coach · Gurugram

Hi, I'm Bhaskar Das

I'm a certified longevity fitness coach based in Gurugram. I help people stay strong, mobile and metabolically healthy as they age, using tests rather than guesswork.

Too many people around us start losing strength, balance and energy in their 40s and 50s, and accept it as normal aging. Much of it isn't. With the right training, food and sleep habits, and honest measurement, most people can feel and perform better a decade from now than they do today.

I work alongside your doctor, not instead of them. My job is the daily, practical part: the plan, the coaching and keeping you on track.

Questions people ask

Are you a doctor?

No. I'm a certified longevity fitness coach. I don't diagnose, prescribe or change medication. If your tests show something that needs medical attention, I'll ask you to see your doctor, or refer you to a partner doctor, and coach you alongside their advice.

Who is this for?

Mostly adults between 35 and 70 who want to stay strong and healthy for the long run, whether you're a busy professional with early warning signs or a parent who wants to stay independent. You don't need to be fit to start.

Do I need to come in person?

No. Assessments and training can be done in person in Gurugram, or online with a simple home testing kit and video sessions. Blood tests are collected at your home by a partner lab anywhere it operates.

I'm vegetarian. Will the nutrition plan work for me?

Yes. Plans are built around everyday Indian food, including fully vegetarian diets, with practical ways to reach your protein needs.

I have diabetes, blood pressure or a past injury. Can I join?

Usually, yes. You'll fill in a health screening form first, and for some conditions I'll ask for your doctor's clearance before we start training.

How is my health data kept private?

Your information is used only to coach you, shared only with services you agree to (such as the partner lab), and stored securely. You can ask to see, correct, move or delete it. I follow India's DPDP Act and, for clients in Europe and the UK, the GDPR. Read the privacy policy.
